Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl is an American actor, comedian and TV host, and most famous for her hosting of the renowned daytime chat show The Talk. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is the product of a very troubled background. Sheryl spent the majority of her life taking care of her sister Frankie with polio. As a teenager, she experienced an uneasy relationship with her mom. Sheryl claims that her mom had a time when she stabbed her father for getting too close. Sheryl was a college graduate when she, joined the army. Sheryl's interest lay with comedy. She was the first female finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She launched her TV career in 1992 having a frequent appearance as a performer on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. The show was on Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. She is currently a guest co-host for the Talk talk show since 2011. She has played in fictional series like Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
