Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas, and was raised in the state. She became a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in an extremely difficult household. She spent most of her growing up taking care of her older sister Frankie suffering from polio. When she was growing up it was not easy to get along with her mom. Sheryl states that her mother once stabbed at her father because he was too close. When she graduated from college Sheryl became a military officer. Her passion was comedy. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. In 1992 she made her TV debut with regular appearances on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. She was the host of the TV show Oh Drama! in 2000. She is currently a guest host on Talk Talk since 2011. She has also been the fictional character in TV shows such as Bulworth Nicki as well as Beauty Shop.
