Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor, producer and director. The actress is best known for her starring role as a character in Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Born into the middle class family located in Los Angeles and had big goals for her future. Her mother loved films, and she instilled an interest in films in the young girl. Paula participated in co-curricular school activities, and she particularly enjoyed the drama. Paula loved acting with friends, and she participated in the school's stage productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced a number of plays. The actress decided that acting was the career she wanted to pursue. She attended The University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly loved her time there. The program offered her a three-month contract to produce documentaries on PBS. When she finished her three-month task successfully, her first job was in the field of production of television documentaries. Then, she switched to the production of documentaries. The work was enjoyable however, she always wanted to pursue a career as an actor. She started her acting career with a small character in the romantic comedy film Hitch along with Will Smith. Since then, she's appeared on many TV and film programs.
