Tracy Spiridakos has been nominated for the title of Best Actress in Television for the post-apocalyptic Sci-Fi show of NBC Revolution. Spiridakos is a native of Winnipeg in Manitoba, is the daughter of Greek parents. The family moved to the Greek town of Skala, near Sparta at the age of four. She returned to Canada when she turned nine. She strongly believes in her Greek roots, and is fluent in Greek. High school graduation took place in Winnipeg In 2000. Spiridakos made the move out of Winnipeg into Vancouver in order to pursue acting. She landed her first role within a matter of months on Supernatural. Her first television role was Majority Rules in the year 2009. Then she worked in television.
