Rubi Rose

Rubi Rose Benton was born on the 2nd of October 1997, in Lexington, Kentucky, where she was also raised, by Nardos Ghebrelul her mother, who is an Eritrean dentist from the country of immigrants who was born in Ethiopia as well as John Benton, her father, who is an attorney of Japanese, African American and European descent. Her father was an adopted child. Scarlette and her older sister, and Coral, her younger sister, are also adopted. 2 As a young child, she was baptized as an Orthodox Christian. (better source required) She lived for one year in Geneva, Switzerland. When she was in her junior year in high school, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia. Brookwood High School, Snellville, Georgia was where she ran track. [3][4] She studied politics at Georgia State University. She grew up listening to Prince, Michael Jackson, Biggie, Marvin Gaye and Chaka Khan. Megan Thee Stallion's, Nicki Minaj and Nicki Cardi B are some of her main influences. Rose was the first celebrity to be known as the main model in the Migos music video for "Bad and Boujee" the hip-hop group. In the year following, she started regularly featuring on the Twitch stream with Jamaican-born East Coast Hip Hop Commentator DJ Akademiks. More sources are needed. Rose started her career as a musician in September of 2018 with an original remix of "On Top" which was a hit song produced by Playboi Carti. The single "Big Mouth" has gained her attention in the beginning of 2019, and she continued to do well in the year ahead. Rose appeared in American rapper Cardi B's music video for her single "WAP" that was released on 7 August, 2020. In the year 2019 she was signed by A&R Chris Turner to LA Reid's record label Hitco Entertainment. Rubi is known for her high-profile relationships. She has been in relationships with such celebrities as Playboi Carti, Travis Scott, Ian Connor, 21 Savage, Soulja Boy, Lil Yachty, Takeoff, Lil Tjay & DDG. She is currently not dating.
